Welcome to Early Engineers India
Hands-On experience makes a difference! Are you really taking an effort to build your child’s brain?
As the famous Chinese saying goes...
I hear and I forget,
I see and I remember,
I do and I Understand
Yes! Doing things or gaining a hands-on experience is very crucial in the cognitive development of a child. It helps the child to acquire the ability to think critically and solve problems. According to the foremost theorist Jean Piaget, the learning environment should be rich in physical experiences for proper mental development. He states that ‘’Principal goal of education is to create individuals who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done’’
According to Piaget, there are various stages of child’s mental development, Children in the age group of 7-11 years have a strong ability to apply the acquired knowledge by logical reasoning.
Children learn by doing, using their senses, exploring their environment of people, things, places and events and from first-hand and concrete experiences. If it is not possible to always provide concrete first-hand experiences for the child, efforts must always be exerted so that the child will be able to understand the concept in a clear and concrete way.
Today is the era of science, technology and innovation. The careers today are about utilization of the freely available pool of information. STEM enables the child to understand and learn the concepts by performing them practically and gain hands-on experience with the help of the already available technology and digital tools. It is an integrative and inter-disciplinary way of learning.
STEM education includes every field under Science, Technology, engineering and Math right from chemistry to Physics, Software Design to Trigonometry.
Moreover, it also helps children to gain skills like Collaborative; project based learning which is imperative to have a good career in 21st century.
Early Engineers India deploys the globally proven STEM focus approach to help kids gain the skills required to succeed in today's challenging world. This includes the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive advancements in science and technology. We aim to identify and develop the real interest of kids in multiple branches of engineering and identify real talent which would help him/her take this profession naturally and excel in it.
